“The room only had one TV advertise that it had to your guys’s website. Also advertises that you get two hours late check out time which is not correct. You have to pay $10 per hour to check in early or check out late. The staff was completely rude then they charge you a $50 fee that they put on your card and then when you ask them for a receipt they tell you that they cannot give you one. The bathroom was disgusting small and for being a sweet it also had three lights out. And there was several……

“Staff was very friendly upon arrival. Went to room and it was a dirty birdy. Flys in bathroom area. Hair on tub faucet. Sticky residue bedside night stand and similar residue on top of entertainment center under tv. One of bedside lights didn’t work. Holes in door and walls from previous attachments not filled. All I wanted to do was sleep for a few hours to break up my drive back to Minneapolis from Manitou. Having run Pikes Peak Marathon I needed to elevate legs and rest. Freaking flys……
