“We arrived at the Inn to find that we had no reservation even though I received a confirmation email from both Expedia and Aspen Inn. The Inn was fully booked with one room that was not scheduled to be cleaned until the next day. They cleaned that room for us and honoured the price we had gotten from Expedia even though they had no record of that reservation. I can't say enough good things about the manager and staff.”

“This is an older, well maintained motel. No glitz - but clean, comfortable and affordable. We stayed one night on a quick trip north and found it to be a great value with our limited time. The check-in was smooth and very helpful. Would definitely stay again if travels take me to Grand Rapids.”

“Our room was full of flies and mosquitoes. The air conditioner was leaking all over the floor so there was mold building up all over the carpet and the wall. Absolutely disgusting and unsafe!”

“Environnement: le déjeuner est inclus mais il est servi dans des assiettes de carton, des verres en styromousse ou en plastique et des ustensiles en plastiques. On repassera pour la conscience environnementale. Par contre, ils ont une Laveuse et une sécheuse mise à la disposition des clients. Le personnel est gentil et courtois. Le stationnement à proximité et en ligne directe en voiture vers le centre-ville”
