"On first appearance it seems like they are upgrading the front of the motel. I believe it was very messy when they bought it and it is still a work in progress. The rooms are immaculate. The view took me straight to our private balcony. Absolutely stunning view straight across the lake to the sea. I’d heard some people caught a kg of prawns in the lake in front of us the day before. The King size bed was the most comfortable bed we’d slept on in our whole trip. Extras pillows if we wanted....

"The room was spotlessly clean, however lacked modern ammenities. For a lower price point this would be acceptable, but for $250 per night for the room I expect more. "

"It was all really great until we used the shower. Very little water, the hot far too hot and could never manage a steady temp. Quite tricky and could be dangerous.Needless to say we never had another shower"

"we were unlucky to get an uncomfortable bed, we could have changed rooms thanks to the staff to an indoor room, but we were happy with the outdoor chalet so we tolerated the bed."
