“Location, cleanliness and extremely friendly and helpful staff. I had never booked at a highway motel, let alone one connected to a gas station so I was a little worried - but ended up loving my stay and wishing I could have stayed another night to enjoy the lake! The room has rustic cabin like design, and the beds were comfortable. The one issue I saw is that the bathroom had visible water damage and a bit of rust on the curtain rod in some places. I suspect had a lot to do with poor……

“A rustic motel along Hwy 17. Very nice staff, room and the attached restaurant served a fresh pickerel dinner that was so delicious. I would recommend this motel.”

“We had the one bedroom suite with the jacuzzi tub. The room was super spacious! Super friendly staff. The sunset view from the room and the outdoor seating area was spectacular! Breakfast is pre-packaged items that you heat up in your microwave. If you want an early start to your day, ask to have it delivered the night before and you can put it in your fridge, as they normally only deliver for 9am. There is a beach just 1km away, but not walking friendly as you have to walk on a busy road. Some……
