“Expected a bunk room with no facilities, got twin beds with a shower and sink :). Staff - and fellow customers - were friendly. Room basic but clean, came with kettle & towels. A LOT of stairs to our room mind you! Would definitely stay again. Friendly corner shop a few doors down, 12 min walk to Victoria Station. Luggage storage was a Godsend for us. ”

“1. Staff are a bit robotic or maybe their work is too routine? 2. Complimentary breakfast is available, of course don't expect something fancy but it's free anyways 3. Wifi network is open 4. There is one Sainsbury's with only 30sec walk 5. Subway station is next to Sainsbury's so it's only like less than 1hour to go to/from the airport! 6. There is no elevator so it would be a big problem if you carry big bags, heard it's £2 for each carriage”
