"This was such a pleasant home to stay in the countryside of Sweden.. The property is very comfortable and welcoming. The hosts Lena and her husband reserved the old family home for our family of 6\. "From checking in to checking out the following day most things were wonderful. The staff so friendly and helpful. Lovely room/bathroom and service and drinks in the 12th floor bar. The only downside was the breakfast, we had to wait absolutely ages for a coffee but the lady was very apologetic and we hadn't been told there was actually a help yourself coffee machine at the other end of the breakfast room. For the price of the breakfast we all thought it was rather substandard with not enough choices of fruit/meats/cheeses which for a hotel of this standard sadly lacked."

"Room was clean but not spotless. Felt like it needed updating. Very small space considering we booked the Superior Queen. The bathroom was also tiny, I’m only 5’4” but struggled in the shower to move. The bed was the softest mattress I’d ever slept on, caused me backache. Shops nearby are good, boots pharmacy and a Tesco express, alongside the theatre if you’ve booked a show. Parking nearby in Covent Garden so not far to walk to the hotel while carrying luggage. We requested extra towels and milk which were provided within minutes. All of the staff very polite and helpful with any questions. "

"The location is absolutely fantastic. Steps away from the Piccadilly Circus Tube station, tons of restaurants nearby (including Chinatown), and even multiple grocery store options. The Cocoon room was perfect for a solo traveler trying to adjust to the time zone. There was no city noise, despite being in a very busy area. I didn't like that there was an extra fee (£40) to check in early and a fee to hold onto your bags (£15) if you want to explore while waiting for check in time. Also, check out at 10am is a little ridiculous. All the staff that I interacted with were lovely and very helpful when I needed to ask for towels, etc. "

"Good location, but probably wouldn’t stay here again. After checking into my room I noticed the toilet was clogged and as was the sink. Then the bed frame and headboard were torn up on the sides. The bedding was just a sheet (no fitted sheet) and a comforter, which is kinda odd as I’ve never see that before. The walls are very thin and you hear everything and when I say everything I mean it (if you get what I’m trying to say). The lobby and restaurant are nice, but other than that I don’t think it is worth price if you are checking into a room and these issues are there. "
