Let's start with the positives. The staff vas helpfult and good. The breakfast was one of the best ones I have had in a hotel, but the deserts are just way to sweet, cut down on the sugar guys. The gym is very good and has everything you need for a nice exercise. The pool and sauna is nice but unfortunately very greedy and stupid to charge extra to use them. The hotel is already expensive and off location as it is, at least you should have the pool and sauna included in the price like every other hotel on planet earth, whats the point in visiting this hotel otherwise if you need to pay extra for almost everything except the room? Overall I would rate it a strong 3.5 because of the nice breakfast and staff.

Our rooms were very small. Booked for four people - two adults and two children. The double bed was pushed all the way against the wall, which meant the inside person had to crawl in from the foot end. With the bunk beds down, there were no space for luggage and barely enough space to squeeze by to use the bathroom. I will never again stay at this hotel.

This is a beautiful, clean facility. However, the design of rooms and spaces isn't really convenient for travelers. The narrow stairs to the main sleeping area make hauling a large suitcase up there challenging. Everything in all the rooms is electronic, including the toilet. Lights come on at night when there is any motion detected so that everyone wakes up. And then the toilet makes lots of noise going through its flush cycle. Not restful. However, we enjoyed all the glass windows and ability to enjoy the view outside day and night. It's a beautiful setting.

Room was very clean and comfortable, staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was well stocked and well rounded, fantastic location.

Amazing breakfast included in the room cost 7-10am, got a free upgrade to a suite with a personal sauna in our room, perfectly located in the middle of the village. Maybe 5-7 minute walk to the top of the village and 20th to the downhill ski resort. 3 min walk to the trails. Everything was amazing!
