Pros were Cleanliness, staff, location, beach, quiet room and bed in the north tower. Cons, buffet food no hot, bands loud in afternoons at the beach area, drinks not great, wish I would have NOT done the all inclusive.

The facilities are very good and clean. What has changed since my last visit is the variety and quality of the food; this may be due to the economy or the lack of tourism. The system is "all-inclusive," including services and taxes. The staff has a way of ambushing guests to collect more money for services already paid for. If the credits are not used, they remain unrefunded because the employees cover for each other, and the credit is never returned.

Overall this is a good place to stay. Staff are excellent. Rooms were okay and they could use an upgrade. The al la carte ads are missleading as there is only one open per night plus the buffet. We found the food above average and always had a good meal. You had to pay extra for canned beer even though we went all inclusive. The music deom the vendors on the beach can get relentless and had to move a couple times and our room 4018 was very noisy all day and night long. The night music mainly comes from surrounding bars. Would qe go back No. But would recommend

The staff was very courteous and helpful! The only thing that was annoying about the whole experience was the bands that played on the beach. The noise was awful as three bands were playing at once all afternoon and into the evening. If something could be done about that situation I would return for another stay.
