You pay for what you get, pretty inexpensive place BUT if youre planning to satay longer than a weekend, this is not the place, there was a dead bug when i arrived in my room, the sliding door to the balcony didn't work, the water on the shower was yellow, the bed was too hard imo, ac didnt work, tried to call the staff to address the ac but they didn't pick up, elevator buttons dont work. Its an ok place to stay for a weekend if you plan on exploring instead of saying at the hotel but definitely not a place to stay and rest.

We enjoyed the design of Playa Mazatlan – – the low rise building, the cabanas at the beach, staff are very friendly and a great location with ocean view room. We enjoyed the breakfast of a large buffet selection of healthy, typical Mexican food.

Everything was great but until the end when checking out our flight didn't leave to 6 hours later and they were only able to save your luggage for 3 hours and so when we came back we waited in the lobby but one of the receptionist kept looking at us like if we were strangers and I did not like ...
