"I stayed with my family in this property from Monday to Friday. I love that is surrounded by trees and is so quiet at night. I also loved the location; it was very close to the town and lots of things to do. Being in the clouds forest we had lots of condensation and sometimes the floor would get wet, nothing a mop wouldn’t fix if you don’t mind. If you plan to cook big meals, they only have a rice cooker and an electric skillet and no stove. We didn’t have an issue with that. Overall we had a...

"Perfect cabin with wildlife all around you! The cabin was immaculate! The kitchen has everything you need, we went to the grocery store (5 mins walk from the cabin) bought food. Everything we did was a short drive from the cabin, Selvatura park, El Tigre waterfalls, and local Sodas. Miguel is very helpful anytime I called or texted- he answered immediately."

"We can't say enough about the luxuries and comfort of the Springs Resort and Spa at Arenal. This was the best 3 days we have had on our weeklong vacation to Costa Rica! The staff was EXCELLENT. They were very attentive and helpful. Several things stand out about the Springs Resort. The resort is built inside a rainforest. There are natural hot springs scattered throughout the property, the wildlife is extraordinary to interact with. I love the greenery; CLUB RIO is beautiful. There is wildlife, tubing, nature walking, a rock wall and more. We ate lunch at the restaurant. We also ate at the restaurant on the second floor near the springs (can't recall the name of it). The service and food were above average. The traditional Costa Rican dish, Arroz Con Pollo was our favorite. The tour of the Cat feeding was wonderful. The guide is well informed. The overall wildlife sanctuary is well run, and the animals are cared for in such an empathic manner. The night before we departed to Guanacaste, we washed our clothes in the laundry room. I couldn't believe a hotel would provide a convenient laundry room for guest free of charge. The attention to detail at the Springs Resort is second to none. We were sad when we had to leave. We will definitely be lodging at the Springs resort on our next visit to Costa Rica. Thank You so very much to Expedia for adding The Springs to their list of hotels/resorts in La Fortuna. THANK YOU EVEN MORE to the Springs resort staff."

"The room was spotless. We came during Christmas just to lay in the hot springs. The whole property was lit up and very festive. The welcoming treat and personal touches in our room were the icing on the cake. The breakfast was full of choices. The resort is located close to La Fortuna town and many great excursions. We will definitely return here again. "
