"We had a wonderful stay in Newfield. Conveniently located to Ithaca and many waterfalls. The kitchen was well stocked with thoughtful extras like snacks for the kids. The beds were comfy and everything went smoothly. Would happily stay again!"

"As soon as we arrived the place seemed nice but right away we noticed the ceiling leaking and it was apparent it was a reoccurring issue bc the floors were soft to step on. No door mats so unable to keep floors clean when walking in the door. The bathroom faucets are installed backwards. The hot is on the cold side..vice versa. The walls were scuffed and dirty. The bed was very uncomfortable which caused a not so good nights sleep."

"My Daughter and I visited the area to tour Cornell University, Ithaca College, and to visit the area. We did not utilize the basement space and felt that we were very comfortable. We both have very sensitive allergies and appreciated that the sheets and towels were low scent, the water pressure was great, and it was the perfect weekend stay space for the 1 of us. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, extra sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. We booked to return in November for a follow up...
