“The house was big enough for the family to get together for Christmas. The location was conveniently located. We were able to bake and cook in the kitchen. The pool table and hot tub were a nice plus. The whole family made lots of memories. Sadly, the first day the 2nd floor toilet wasn’t working right and a plumber had to come in. The manger got the plumber there quickly and they were friendly and helpful. Overall we had a lovely stay. ”

“The apartment we were originally sent to was already occupied, delaying us getting into a unit for over 21/2 hrs. The fitness center bathrooms were vandalized with human waste throughout, causing the gym to stink. As far as we know it was never cleaned up. We stopped going after 2 days. Thursday and Friday were without air conditioning. Maintenance came once but never fixed it. We were ignored for over 12 hours before the mgr responded a second time. I understand that things can go wrong, but……
