The room we were in was wonderful to see the back of the stage and the talent outside before the concert. It was awful if you wanted to sleep. Once the concert was over, the crew was out until 4 am taking down the stage. Then at 6 am, the next crew came in to put up their stage for the concert that night. I got no sleep because it was so loud.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff, would recommend this place to friends visiting Omaha.

The hotel is mid-renovation. Our room had been partly renovated...bathroom looked new, but it was still in the process of being renovated in the actual room. Furniture and carpet was dated. The tv didn't have a remote in the room and we needed to ask the front desk. Esther was at the front desk when we checked in around 11:30 p.m. She was so sweet, helpful, and professional!!!! She is a true gem for this hotel!

We came into town for a concert so we didn’t fully enjoy the wonderful hotel but what we did experience was nothing short of incredible. The staff was so helpful and engaging, they didn’t just treat us like another customer, they had conversations with us and even asked us the next morning at breakfast how the concert was. The room was clean, the beds were so comfortable we joked about how we could bring them back home with us. Breakfast was a selling point for us and even though we woke up with 20 minutes to spare, we made it and the selection was still incredible. If we’re ever back in town we’re definitely coming back here! Thank you guys for an amazing experience
