“What a perfect place for our multi generational family reunion! It was so clean and hospitable! The hosts were very responsive whenever asked a question. We are already considering staying here again!”

“This house was absolutely amazing! We needed a place to just "escape" from the hustle and bustle and this house did just the trick for us. Our family had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy the scenery. All of the beds were comfortable, the house was very well cleaned. Plenty of towels and blankets, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook with. Sitting on the patio by the fire and watching the kids in the hot tub, while having the view of the lake in the background……

“Quaint little house. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Had a little musty smell. We opened the windows to let it air out but a small dehumidifier would help eliminate this issue. Just a few minutes from River Greens Golf Course. Walking distance to Rainbow Hills which is a nice little restaurant and brewery/winery. Short drive to Historic Roscoe Village which has lots of little shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Would stay here again. ”

“Absolutely amazing!!! The house was gorgeous, the yard was beautiful, the surroundings was incredible. From sitting on the front porch in the morning listening to nature, watching animals, and smelling fresh air to watching a lightning storm roll in at night. The patio in the back yard was perfect to eat dinner the sit by the fire for smores. The have thought of every detail so the house had everthing we needed. The rooms are big with walk in closets. “This property was better than expected!! The owner was very responsive when we had a question. We used the kitchen every day and it had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinners. The beds where comfortable in every bedroom. The hot tub was definitely an extra bonus along with the dbl j bar where we spent all of our evenings. “We came here as a family for a mini reunion. We from Arizona and the rest of my family from out of the country. We loved how much space we had! We thought it does feel a tad dim, like it could have used more lights in the living room. And could have used better knives, 9x13 pans and bowls in the kitchen, and could have used tin foil. We did have a pleasant surprise to see a grill out back! But over all it met our needs and we had a great time! ”

This is not a five star hotel location, but is in a very quiet, mountainous (as mountainous as it gets in SE Ohio) location. House is a little difficult to find, but it is set back a bit. “Would definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We came down to ride the 555 on motorcycles and it was a great place to stay for that. ”
