“First off, we never got in. I was not sent any check in information. I expected it to be sent day of check in and it never was. Turned around and drove 150 miles home the same day. Second, I cannot tell you how horribly Vrbo treated us and how difficult it has been to be refunded. We were debited for the original payment (had to prove it), within the month it was refunded WITHOUT Vrbo fees paid back. Then the whole amount was RE-DEBITED, and still have not been RE-refunded. VRBO has refused to……
