“The staff was very accommodating. We were assigned a room on 2nd floor which would have been very difficult as there were no elevators. They switched our room and we appreciate that. Also there was plenty of clean linen. The hot breakfast was good, eggs and make your own waffles. However the bathroom was very tight and the floor was slippery as if it had been waxed. The toilet also backed up on morning of departure.”

“One site (can’t remember) listed it as a 3 star property. Wish I had questioned that, bc it’s 2 stars. And there were definitely nicer (and cleaner!) 2 star properties alongside (like Microtel). Staff were super nice, but the carpet on the elevator was pretty gross. Our room was clean, but the whole floor (including the room) smelled strongly of cigarettes. And the hallways were creepy dark.”

“I paid extra for a bigger room, but the receptionist gave me a small standard one. When I demanded a refund, he rudely refused and said they don’t do refunds. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. Only after I made a scene did he finally give me the upgraded room — which didn’t even have a fridge, although it was supposed to. Terrible service!”
