Elegant and modern apartment with terrace on the central square of Noto, a well-known town that is part of the UNESCO heritage.

Located in a small building in the heart of the famous town of Noto, the recently renovated apartment extends over three levels. The entrance opens onto a spacious and cozy living area, equipped with a double sofa bed and bathroom with shower. The environment is completed by a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom.

Designer stairs lead to the second floor where there is a modern kitchen equipped with a dining table, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and espresso machine. From here there is access to the highlight of the property, namely the large terrace equipped with a dining table and a beautiful view of the central square.

Leaving the ancient Greek city and going toward the south, the best-equipped beaches worth a visit are Minareto, Fanusa, Arenella, and Fontane Bianche, whose name is due to the natural sweet spring water and the unique white sand. Then, On the island of Ortigia, there are some equipped solariums (Zefiro and Nettuno), as well as the free beach of Cala Rossa. Going further south, about 30 km away from Siracusa, there are amazing and wild beaches: Calamosche, Vendicari with its Wildlife Park, and the precious San Lorenzo. For those looking for cultural and historical sites, it is recommended to visit Teatro Greco and its archeological site with the famous Orecchio di Dionisio (a limestone cave shaped like a human ear), the Museum Paolo Orsi, then the Latomie dei Cappuccini, and finally the island of Ortigia with its natural and historic eye-catching landscapes. Stille Tage in ... Noto!

Nettes Haus mit 3 Etagen. Ganz oben ist die Küche mit dem Essbereich und einer wunderbaren Terrasse. Da das haus am Ende einer kleinen Straße liegt ist es sehr ruhig und doch ist das Zentrum von Noto gleich um die Ecke. Die Betreuung durch Hr. Marco war ausgezeichnet, inkl Restaurant Tipps, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. und....an welchen Tagen welcher Müll abgeholt wird.
