Excellent stay, the facilities were great. The location was great. The place was nice and clean and the furnishings were up to date and modern. I really enjoyed staying here. We had another one that was horrific which we had to leave last minute so we were pleasantly surprised with the caliber of the apartment.

Nice place for a weekend get away. It has limited available car parking spaces in the property . But guests will find city council parking just outside the property

This is marketed as 4 star. It is far from that. The matresses are appalling and uncomfortable, the single bed was all torn and the sofa bed was absolutely filthy and stained. If it wasn't for the fact that we were tired, we'd have walked away. Nothing about ten grand couldnt fix...

Unexpected deposit admin charge, and also need a big amount of deposit, of which the property has debited my credit card instantly instead of holding the amount. Being a foreign traveler, I lost on the exchanged rate because of the buy-in and out difference from local currency, even the deposit refunded afterwards. On top of it, one of the window in apartment was blocked, the heat is unbearable. As we reported this issue to the property and had no improvement at all during our stay.

Very uncomfortable sofa bed in tiny kitchen /lounge no cushions on it and a very small bedroom with two tiny single beds neither bedside lamp worked. Couldn't close the lounge window which was onto a main walkway very noisy day and night. Not what we were expecting judging by the photographs

Worst ever stay

Apartment was smelly dirty, bedding was in poor condition and there was a strong stale cooking smell that was unpleasant. Lamps were broken with exposed wires marks and dirt along with cobwebs in room it was horrible. I phone to complain and no one help no support just an apology and a promise something would be done but nothing was done. It ruined our city break and would never use this apartment again.

The flat itself was nice, but the communal areas were tired and felt more like a student house. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Take photos of everything when you arrive and when you leave as they try to take your deposit by claiming you’ve damaged something - in my case they suggested I’d left water damage and cup marks on a sofa I didn’t even sit on. I eventually got my full deposit back 3 months later. I won’t use any of their properties again as a result as I can’t trust the company (Prim Short Stays Ltd).

Condition of property was poor, entrance hallway paint all discoloured, dirty. carpet dirty, narrow stairs, difficult with luggage. Sofa and blinds are covered in stains. provide a coffee machine, no pods!? I was a solo traveller, bedroom had 2 x singles pushed together to "make" a double, but this bed was not made up. the tiny single behind the door was made. Matress did not look great!

Apartment itself wasn't actually too bad, we rented 4 x apartments in this building. Seem relatively clean. The day after leaving however, we received an email saying that they are deducting money from deposit. They had a variety of reasons for claiming deposit, none of which were true and were all unproven accusations made by the cleaners in just one of the apartments. Quite appalled that a so called professional company can act in this way.

Great location and everything you need and more!

Had a few little issues with check in but only due to covid checks so can’t complain. Apartment had everything you needed even a surprise dishwasher and tablets etc! Was all lovely and clean except a few little bits (dusty blind, missed cobweb) but highly confident it was cleaned along the covid guidelines. Parking is great especially being a few minutes walk from the city centre. Overall a fantastic stay!! Would definitely recommend and use them again!!

Started twice, one bedroom apartment was bigger that a two bed and nicer! Corner sofa. Larger bedroom, loved apartment 5. Still no hot water though in bathroom or kitchen despite me taking them. Not a major issue as dishwasher and shower is electric but the shower has a mind of its own and is dangerous. Lovely apartment though but cleanliness of cooking utensils is terrible, run all the plates and cutlery through dishwasher before you use. Also, they should supply some washing machine detergent for you to use.

Firstly this isn't a livable 2 bed apartment.what i mean is that its not like a regular apartment you'd live in.It has two small bedrooms and an open plan living room/kitchen,its very small, enough for 4 people for 1 or 2 nights. No storage space/wardrobes,just some places to hang a few shirts etc. no signage on property or car park,i struggled to find the car park but worked it out eventually, once you book you get several emails (and have to pay £200 deposit) from them direct giving you more info as it isnt a key system, you are given access code to the entrance and codes to get in your apartment which i didn't like, would've preferred a key.car park isn't marked out, you just leave car against either wall,I saw the same cars parked all 3 days i was there, they didn't move, leaving just a gap on the end for me to use,not clear at all.There is no stored hot water, they use a gadget in kitchen to heat it however all i got was tepid water so hard to shave. didn't need to wash up as there is a dishwasher and shower is electric so wasn't a major issue just annoying at having luke warm water to wash hands and shave.Was supposed to have a double bed but there are 4 singles and they push two together to make a double which is my pet hate.Uncomfortable with a gap in the middle, completely pointless.I sleep heavy but if you are a light sleeper you may struggle as the road noise from outside is loud.wifi good and cleanliness good.If you phone for support you get an Indian call centre!

Was ok but small sofa was sunk in the middle and not very comfortable, had to clean all the cutlery before use and plates at they wasn't clean also parking was available but limited and didn't get a space so had to pay for parking each day which made it expensive !! This is not mentioned in the listing say parking included there's 6 spaces and 6 apartments so I think other people are parking in there
