Being a foreign traveler, I lost on the exchanged rate because of the buy-in and out difference from local currency, even the deposit refunded afterwards. On top of it, one of the window in apartment was blocked, the heat is unbearable. Lamps were broken with exposed wires marks and dirt along with cobwebs in room it was horrible. I phone to complain and no one help no support just an apology and a promise something would be done but nothing was done. The kitchen was adequately equipped. Take photos of everything when you arrive and when you leave as they try to take your deposit by claiming you’ve damaged something - in my case they suggested I’d left water damage and cup marks on a sofa I didn’t even sit on. I eventually got my full deposit back 3 months later. Sofa and blinds are covered in stains. provide a coffee machine, no pods!? I was a solo traveller, bedroom had 2 x singles pushed together to "make" a double, but this bed was not made up. the tiny single behind the door was made. Couldn't close the lounge window which was onto a main walkway very noisy day and night. The location was great. The place was nice and clean and the furnishings were up to date and modern. I really enjoyed staying here. It is far from that. The matresses are appalling and uncomfortable, the single bed was all torn and the sofa bed was absolutely filthy and stained. If it wasn't for the fact that we were tired, we'd have walked away. Seem relatively clean. The day after leaving however, we received an email saying that they are deducting money from deposit. They had a variety of reasons for claiming deposit, none of which were true and were all unproven accusations made by the cleaners in just one of the apartments. Had a few little issues with check in but only due to covid checks so can’t complain. Apartment had everything you needed even a surprise dishwasher and tablets etc! Was all lovely and clean except a few little bits (dusty blind, missed cobweb) but highly confident it was cleaned along the covid guidelines. Parking is great especially being a few minutes walk from the city centre. Overall a fantastic stay!!
