“The over water bungalows were lovely, as was the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food (breakfast was okay) was a really low standard for lunch and dinner. There was a buffet; but it was not quite right. Also, room service was really unpleasant food too -- if the food quality could be addressed, it would be an amazing stay!”

“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”

“I booked the room for my aunty who travelled solo and she enjoyed her stay very much. The staff was very attentive, looked after her, went above and beyond, everything was perfect. The hotel was very well located and it was easy for her to explore the surroundings by foot. I will not hesitate to book the same hotel in the future for myself or recommend it to my family and friends. The staff was also very responsive to my messages - excellent communication. Very satisfied overall.”
