“Absolutely amazing place with great service and very friendly ”

“Everything has been lovely as always. However, the reception doesn’t always have a staff member present. We waited nearly 15 minutes to get our luggage back from the storage cupboard. There needs to be some sort of bell/alert system when staff member is needed. I was also surprised to see that paperwork with guests names was left on the desk, fully visible to anyone waiting at the reception This is the only negative comment I have about this beautiful hotel. ”

“Reagerte på at søppel ikke ble tømt og ikke nye håndklær etter flere dager eller renhold. Toalettpapir kom heller ikke på plass etter å ha spurt. En kaffe der var dyr. Frokosten var bra og veldig trivlige damer som serverte.”

“The location is good. It's in the center of Bydgoszcz. It's a few minutes walk to a shopping center. The hotel is modern and the room is clean. The breakfast is good and not expensive.”

“A nice apartment, but given the high price, I was expecting everything to be perfect (the price was in comparison with a 5 star hotel). Good: - Check-in instructions - Modern aesthetics - Balcony - Central location - I could cast to the TV Not as good: - It was very light in the apartment at night, including in the bedroom, so I had to sleep with a mask - I was only given one large and one small towel for my 1,5 week stay Some additional things that could be improved: - Frying pan didn't work……
