Staff pleasant, but hotel was incredibly noisy. Traffic noise, airplanes (which is to be expected so close to airport, I suppose), doors slamming and guests being very noisy in the courtyard late into the night. Bed was a bit hard. Sleep was not easy.

Listing on Expedia is inaccurate. The listed room sizes are incorrect. The hotel says it is Expedia’s mistake.

We had a wonderful stay in Valencia with my family and truly enjoyed our experience at this apartment. The location was excellent — we were able to walk everywhere easily and explore the city comfortably. The service was outstanding from the very beginning. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. Since we arrived early, she allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in, which was already very helpful. Additionally, I needed to keep some medication refrigerated, and as soon as she learned about it, she kindly placed it in a refrigerator for us while our bags were being stored. That level of attentiveness and care was deeply appreciated. When we finally checked into the apartment, it was such a pleasure to walk in. The apartment smelled beautifully clean, everything was spotless, very comfortable, modern, and clearly very well maintained. We also had the unexpected joy of enjoying a spectacular view from the balcony of a parade happening right outside the building, which made our stay even more memorable and special. The only small suggestion I could offer would perhaps be to include a washer/dryer to make longer stays even more convenient. That said, we simply hung our clothes to dry and, thanks to the heating, everything dried perfectly without any inconvenience. The room is fairly big, with a microwave, stove top and mini kitchen, a couch and a desk. Could easily sleep 3-4 Check in is fully online and key code. Very convenience if that’s what you prefer. The room is not very clean. Lots of dust and stains. Noise isolation is non existence. We could hear people upstairs walking, talking. When they used the shower in the morning, the sound of water running was so low, it woke us up.
