Description : first floor of a building. Large living room with dining table and double sofa bed - new separate kitchen with washing machine - double bedroom - second bedroom with two single beds (or double if necessary) - bathroom with shower - large terrace on three sides equipped with table and chairs where to eat. Air conditioning just installed in every room!



Located next to the M46 building.
