Location: located in the wonderful MareVerde Residence, a noble residential complex only 100 metres from the beach. Entrance to the residence reserved for tenants only, with well-kept driveway and parking spaces. The corso di Marcelli is only 150 metres away. Unique position!

Description: renovated in the furnishings and with newly installed air conditioning!

Composed of large living room with dining table and single sofa bed - kitchen with washing machine - double bedroom - second bedroom with two single beds - bathroom with shower box - large private and fenced garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue where you can eat.
