Location: detached house on three levels located along the famous \"Costarella\", the historic fishermen\'s stairway that connects the historic center of the town to the beginning of the seafront. Just 100 meters from the historic center and 200 meters from the Spiaggiola!



Description: recently renovated. Arranged on three levels.

Entrance floor: living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette (washing machine)

First floor: double bedroom - bathroom with shower.

Second floor: bedroom with two single beds - service bathroom.

Mezzanine with single bed.

The house enjoys a wonderful sea view.



The price includes:
