First of all, the hotel is not beach front…. It is beach access from a side street. You are given a free pass for only one day for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. After that, the daily cost is 25 euro. Staff were very kind and willing to assist in any way. The breakfast was very good but did not change day to day. It was pretty much the same every day. There is no evening night life at this hotel. No bands, music etc. Guests gather around the pool nightly for cocktails with a view of the restaurant “Ninos”. A bit uncomfortable if you’re the ones having dinner. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean with very comfortable beds but small showers. There are mini coffee makers in the room but not in the lobby and you are charged 3 euro for water in your fridge. My recommendations, rent a car, you are then free to explore the island. Stop at the supermercato for munchies and water. We bought an umbrella for 15 euro and bought a blanket. Overall a nice stay but Pittolungo is a very quiet area at night. Perfect if you’re looking for quiet downtime with no crowds or loud music.

Helpful staff, amazing breakfast, great location

This hotel is priced and marketed as a five-star property, but it doesn’t deliver. You pay extra for most things you’d expect to be included: the sun loungers down by the beach cost €100 a day, and only a few are free. Coffee in the room costs extra, and you’re given just one towel per day that you have to swap yourself using a towel-card system. All this hassle makes the place feel poorly organized. The beach is also a fair distance from the hotel, considerably further than the photos online suggest. The staff were not particularly helpful, and several of them didn’t understand us when we couldn’t speak Italian. At the restaurant there were plenty of staff on shift, but everyone stood around idle. No one came over to take our order until we practically had to walk up to them ourselves to ask if we could order food. Breakfast was mediocre. When we arrived, we accepted the offer to have our luggage brought up to the room, but after waiting a good while I had to go down and collect it myself. In short: a place that feels more luxurious in its marketing than in reality, where you pay extra for almost everything.

Excelente hotel, ótima vista. Poderia melhorar a forma de fazer o ovo, parece que faz com leite ou óleo, fica líquido. No mais é um excelente hotel!
