“When I arrived there were people camped out in the parking lot and a man who appeared drunk stumbling around. Multiple of the outside building lights were not working. It was apparent the floors had not been recently cleaned upon entering the building and the elevator had a sign on it that it was out of order. I reserved the king whirlpool suite. There were stains on the bed, the chair, the lampshades, the bathtub, and there were pieces of candy on the floor. I spoke to the front desk and she……

“Gagging amount of air freshener to try covering other odors. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning. Most of electric outlets in room did not work. No hot water in morning, even though I ran water a long time. Carpet was filthy, and gooey to walk on. TV remote and other things were sticky. Online ad said TV had Closed Captioning, but that only sometimes worked. A.C. was so noisy the vibrations shook both beds. Had to ask for washcloth and hand towel. Very dim light at sink and makeup mirror.……

“When I booked through Expedia I chose a listed room with 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper. When I arrived at the hotel the room only had 2 queen beds, no sofa sleeper, no sofa at all. I asked the clerk about this and was told they removed the sofa sleepers when the hotel was remodeled. Evidently Expedia data is not kept up to date. This will be the last time I book through Expedia. Very displeased with the result which meant we were stuck with a room with inadequate sleeping and two men had to……

“The room was mostly clean, which was impressive considering it smelled like someone had hosted an all-night hotboxing competition in it. The marijuana odor was so strong that we probably could have failed a drug test just from breathing the air. The bed was another special feature. Apparently, “mattress” is a loose term here, because it felt like a sheet had been tossed over a wooden box spring and called good. We did not sleep at all. “My first time there and service was great. When I come back in town to visit this is where I’m coming back to especially because their pet friendly and everything smelled fresh no Oder of pets in the building.”

“Overall, the hotel was very nice, and I would give it 4 stars. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the main lobby had a very strong bleach smell. While I appreciated knowing the area was clean, the odor was so overpowering that it started giving me a headache. They should definitely tone it down. We also had an issue with our shower not working properly. However, the staff was very accommodating and immediately provided us with another room to use for showering until ours was……

“The room was clean. There was no trash can, we went down and asked for more towels and a trash can. We were given the towels and was told they'd bring up the trash can but it was delivered. Breakfast was hot”

“The staff was helpful and she was really nice. It was only two problems it had an odor and the stopper didn’t work, but besides that the stay was awesome. The location was the BEST!! You have everything and anything you want and need.”
