It has a 180 degree ocean view, spacious oceanfront screened porch with plenty of seating, a large sunny deck area, and an outside rinse station. This oceanfront cottage sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms have 12 inch Queen Medium Firm Memory Foam Mattresses and blackout curtains. This cottage is conveniently located near Middleton Park, Ocean Crest Pier, Island Way Restaurant, The Pepperoni Grill, Kings Beach shop, tennis & pickleball courts, Food Lion grocery, and Publix grocery. Keyless door lock entry provides easy access. This is a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS cottage. Kitchen was fully stocked and we loved having a keurig and regular coffee maker to choose from. Bedrooms had wall mounted tv, blackout curtains and comfy beds. Loved the screened in porch… Ample seating there and on the attached open deck/porch. Allen was gracious to offer recommendations, tips, etc. if/when needed. Bonus! There was a turtle nest close to us and we got to see 52 baby turtles make their way up out of the nest and into the ocean! It was the coolest thing! Great stay, great place! We so enjoyed our Fall beach trip to Oak Island - the location of the property is perfect, with awesome views and beach access - being right on the beach is key with little kids. After much research, I choose this home for my family (5 adults) who needed space to move about, convenience to the beach and in close proximity to where our parents live locally. The house is beautiful, full of light, comfortable and peaceful. Beach is very close and the view is wonderful.
