- Beautiful Breeze is a 4 BR 2 BA beachfront cottage with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen & living room. It has a 180 degree ocean view, spacious oceanfront screened porch with plenty of seating, a large sunny deck area, and an outside rinse station.
This oceanfront cottage sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms have 12 inch Queen Medium Firm Memory Foam Mattresses and blackout curtains.
This cottage is conveniently located near Middleton Park, Ocean Crest Pier, Island Way Restaurant, The Pepperoni Grill, Kings Beach shop, tennis & pickleball courts, Food Lion grocery, and Publix grocery.
Keyless door lock entry provides easy access.
This is a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS cottage.
Rental includes 5 ROKU Smart TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, books, W/D, HVAC, D/W, a fully equipped kitchen, and ceiling fan/light combos in each room.
Lower level storage has a variety of beach toys and supplies. Picnic table is in shaded area under the cottage.
Basic starter cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dish detergent provided.

September-May has a minimum of 3 nights rental, weekly rental, or monthly rentals.
