Great customer service from staff, Family friendly, resort style hotel. Very convenient location, close to CVS, Vons, fast food. Available car changing station in hotel property. Will definitely be staying here next time we visit Yosemite.

We ended up leaving a couple of hours after check in and stayed at a different hotel with a less strict pet policy. If you travel with pets, be aware that you are not allowed to leave your pets in the room unsupervised at all. We had to take our pets to the pool and to dinner and sit outside, which would have been ok if it wouldn’t have been 100 degrees during our stay. Staff at the BW were really nice and understanding when we explained why we decided to leave.

With my family we spent some very nice days enjoying Yosemite. The hotel is very clean and has many amenities. Very friendly service, good food in the restaurant and my daughter enjoyed playing a nice grand piano in the lobby.

While the rooms were dated (tan bath, sink, and toilet), everything was clean. The Nespresso was well stocked, and the room came with microwave and mini fridge. While the 70's are desperately searching for their bathroom My only real complaint was the mattress, which should have been replaced sometime back in the 90's...
