Step into the upper floor unit of our charming duplex Victorian house, where you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom, and an abundance of natural light. This upstairs gem radiates unique character and is located just a few blocks away from major shopping district, a 20 min walk to the BART station, and in close proximity to downtown, our home is a haven for exploring all that the city has to offer. Plus, you're just a stone's throw from the picturesque Lake Merritt.
