“Our room had a bad smelled and my wife got frightened by a large water bug after taking a shower. I also we found the side door not working for us to enter, we had to walk around the hotel in a 103 degree temperature. We understand stand locks break down it would have been nice if someone add a sign so we would have not parked on that side of the building. Trying to open a door that's not working for 5 minutes in 103 degrees was draining”

“Room was not available upon check in and had to get smaller room. Elevators out of order the entire time and had to use stairs to get to room.”

“My reservation was cancelled by property management.When I arrived to check in I was informed my room was cancelled by property management that morning before check in time because they ran my card before I arrived there I keep my card locked so it declined but of course I was scheduled to pay at the property when I booked my room..Nevered offerd me another room just told me they was sold out of rooms. 😡”

“Place was clean and staff really nice. No phone in room to contact front desk other than that no complaints.”
