7.8/10 Good! (984 reviews)
The staff was accommodating.
The key card system was not working so there was not a key card to get into your room. Each time you needed to get into your room a member of the staff had to go to the room with you to open the door.
The lunch room was under construction. The small area for breakfast and coffee was not pleasant. Went across the street to get coffee instead. Room coffee pot was dirty.
My first room the air conditioner was leaking and the carpet was wet.
I was moved to another room and the refrigerator leaked. I put a towel on the floor and stayed in that room. The bathroom commode had bad stains. The shower drain had what looked like mold around it.
The elevator walls were torn with a big hole.
The "under construction" was not noted on the website at all. Probably would not have stayed there if we knew this.
