"We had an amazing stay at Victory Cabin! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit — from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy linens and thoughtful touches throughout.(loved the quote above sliding glass back door). Lets not forget the AMAZING hot tub which was a family fave!!! Shawn was an incredible host — friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. He went above and beyond when in helping us book the perfect stay . Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated the quick communication whenever we had a question.The location was also ideal — close to a lot of hiking trails, stores and kids play areas, but still peaceful and private. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived and were sad to leave!We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway. "We enjoyed the roominess of the house and rooms. Everyone had their own space if they wanted it, and yet there was plenty of room to congregate in the common areas or around the kitchen table. The kids loved the pool and the dock access and spent quite a bit of time trying to fish. The wooded area was very nice, beds were comfortable, and we also enjoyed the hot tubs!"

"This was a fantastic tiny home that worked well for 2 of us for a long weekend in October. The inside of the home was cozy, with full size fridge, stove, and shower - slightly bigger than you'd expect for a tiny home actually, we were pleasantly surprised! But the real gem was the outside of the property, a fire pit setup, 2 hammocks to relax in, picnic tables and chairs on the deck to hang out at, and of course the hot tub was awesome. The home isn't directly on the lake, but still very close and with some indirect lake views, and close enough to get to several access points pretty quickly. The owners include great recommendations in their guidebook, and also provide a Maryland state park pass for free use, which is handy when visiting local parks for hiking, or the deep creek lake state park for lake access to beaches, boating, etc. We found the house to be very close to lots of great restaurants and bars like Firewater and Honi Honi - and try Brenda's pizza shop, we got takeout from there that was great! It was also only a short drive away from great hiking spots like the rock maze and the muddy creek falls! Overall we loved the rental, the lake, and the whole experience...can't wait to come back again!"

"We enjoyed a nice relaxing weekend away and this cabin was everything we wanted. The cabin was very well maintained and it was so peaceful to just chill and watch a movie at night. The hot tub was so relaxing. Definitely a 10/10 experience and would love to stay again sometime in the future. "
