“Room was clean and bed was fantastic. Had problem at check in since office is closed on Sundays and I hadn’t been texted the info needed to get into my room. Called the emergency number listed on the office door and received the needed info. But then it wasn’t clear which building my room was in; wasted time trying to find it when the inclusion of a map would have helped. ”

“What a great location for work and visiting around the area! All the residents were friendly and helpful. Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would……
