Let’s just put it like this WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN! La Quinta should be embarrassed for the quality and standards at this location. And to top everything off the property manager, yes the manager was defensive and not helpful whatsoever. I would NEVER refer this property to anyone!!!

Everything was good until the last night hvac went down couldn’t open the balcony door due to neighbors smoking weed and the hotel is supposed to be a smoke free hotel and they was very loud outside the balcony up until 3am.

I enjoyed the location, which was close to the beach and the water park (big plus for my two kids.) However, the cleanliness of the room wasn’t very pleasant. The floors were very dirty and the room definitely needed an upgrade (fresh paint, furniture, etc) and the Wi-Fi wasn’t great. Also, the swimming pool was very small and is just under 4 feet deep. I thought the online pictures were a bit deceiving. I’d only go back for the location because you can walk anywhere you need, which is why I gave a 2.

Stayed here with my large family & the staff was extremely kind & addressed any issues/needs i had immediately. The deepest part of the pool says 3ft & is perfect for kids. It also has a platform before the stairs that is perfect for sunbathing and younger kids that cant swim. We will definitely be returning!

We were right by the beach, which made beach days convenient. I didn’t have anyone to watch my pup on short notice. The hotel is pet friendly, which made it an obvious choice for our trip.

Elevator was awful..hotel room floor was filthy, we had to wear shoes, our feet were so dirty. The handrail in the ground level is broke..we almost fell going up the stairs. My room door key fob was damaged..hard to open door every time. Pool area GROSS! Trash everywhere..pool was dirty and haor all in it. Never any pool towels available.

Pros: Staff were all very friendly and willing to assist. Property was walkable to the beach which was our highest priority! Convenient parking as well. Cons: Room had a moldy/ mildew smell. A/C never got lower than 74 degrees in the room (211), even after having maintenance service the A/C. Room was cool throughout the day with the curtains shut but sleeping was difficult as I run hot at night. Dispenser in the shower was in a super inconvenient spot as I couldn’t shower comfortably. Elevators also take very long to come and go so stairs were our preferred mode.

My family had a 2 night stay here for a mini vacay away. Overall, the location and hotel was a good experience. I will say the floors were sandy, but other than that I would stay again. Love that they offer complimentary breakfast options. Short walk away to the boardwalk and beach is an added plus.
