Excellent location! Staff is very accommodating and always willing to help out with questions. Ocean view room worth the expense. Crepe Daddy and Cheese Wheel Pasta eateries are reasonably priced, 5 star taste and portions are huge! Rooftop pool is a plus. Preferred parking for a reasonable fee is worth it,

Great location. Loved being right on the boardwalk and beach. Downside was the property’s lack of comfy places to sit and enjoy the view. Instead there are food locations taking up the ground floor of the boardwalk/beach side of the building. Lobby furniture was not comfy either. Would have been great to have tables and chairs to play games with the family.

The parking is very far away from the hotel itself, which is not disclosed prior to booking- not even for handicapped individuals. (An elderly woman was upset & venting to us about this as she was offering to pay someone to help her back to the hotel because she did not want to pay an extra 120$ for the 6 days she was there- & she should not of had to!) There are no ramps to bring luggage in, merely steps. If you want “premier parking” which is closer, it’s $20 per day; however, it’s more ideal for compact cars & ideally when you travel you’re brining an SUV? There is one elevator for all 6 floors & you will stop at every floor & take awhile to get to get where you need to be. The water pressure in the bathrooms is great until you turn on the shower, then it sprays a light mist different directions which makes you have to take an even longer shower because you can’t rinse/wash or wash your hair appropriately. The beds are so soft you bend like a “V” trying to get out in the morning. The surrounding area of the hotel smells like sewage from stagnant water that runs out of the hotel and sits beneath it. Also, it was amazing to me the lifeguards come up to use the restroom by the pools & instead of using the shower to rinse their feet off they dip them in the hottub & the pool and then use the limited supply of pool towels for the guests. Overall it’s a great location- convenient to the boardwalk, shops and beach, but I would not recommend given the cost and all the negatives.

The front entrance is very welcoming, newly renovated with bright paintings & cute furniture. Cute dining area for crepes, coffees etc within the front entrance leading to the boardwalk. Parking is for 1 vehicle ONLY, but you can find free parking on the streets which the front desk clerk explained and made it easy to find. Room 602 which is the room i stayed in a had very strong odor once the door opened, smell of mildew. The carpet was wet leading from the bed closet to the balcony to the ac unit. Call was placed to the front desk regarding the mildew odor once i entered the room(i never checked in the room until 11pm) & i was made aware there were no rooms available to switch to at that time & management would address the issue.The sink in the bathroom was very slow draining water out of it. After stopping at the front dest before leaving out that morning around 10am, i was told maintenance would address the issue. Long story short room 602 still smells of mildew. The bathroom could be doubled check as it was hair left on side the floor by the toilet. Staff & other guest very pleasant.
