Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
The pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day until October, closing on discretion of property manager.

Quick Getaway to OC
A few friends and I decided to take an Ocean City trip. We booked BEFORE we heard there would be a full blown tropical storm! We got all of the rain and wind. We had a little bit of trouble getting the key from the lock to check in. It wasn't clear how to retrieve it from the lockbox even though we had the accurate code. The lock may need replacement as it was hard to maneuver. As well, the lock on the door was a bit wobbly. It is probably due to the direct ocean air as the condo is located a few steps from the beach - which was so nice. We walked down to the beach in the morning to see the ocean waves. So relaxing. The inside of the condo was comfy and NICE! The kitchen and appliances have been updated. The beds were comfy as well. My biggest complaint is the condo needs a deep clean in the kitchen and bathrooms. House was not filthy, but little details that I noticed were obvious that the cleaning staff is NOT cleaning as thoroughly as they should when you have multiple guests stay in a place. If guests are charged cleaning fees (these cleaning fees are not cheap!) and I assume owners are paying cleaners, then the place should be impeccable! I should not see hair from the previous guest in places that hair does not belong. The owner was very responsive when I texted or emailed questions/concerns. They even offered to send the cleaners back, but we were only renting for a day and a half so we were ok. It was a great weekend for us. I recommend this place to others.

We had a great time at this condo in OCMD. The size of the condo was perfect for 7. The top bunk in the bunk room seemed unstable and we didn’t use it. Description of condo confirmed no tv in 2nd bedroom. I would recommend putting one in that bdrm. Cleaning service was horrible. Kitchen was dirty with garbage can needing a serious cleaning. With check out at 10 am and check in at 4 would have been nice for the unit to have the scent of cleaning products. Everything else about the unit was perfect. The location in OCMD is right out side of fennwick island. This is a lot further away from attractions than I am use to staying. I know they are not specific but the unit had some beach items that had I known I could have used them instead of briniging them. Listing said two parking passes but there was one. Not a problem as spots were numbered. However the threat of being charged for a missing pass was upsetting initially. The Vacasa mgr resolved this for me. We arrived and a bedroomdoor was off the hinges but mgmt came out right away and fixed it. Def previous tenants not the owners fault. Starter packs of supplies had different amounts. (1 roll of toilet paper with half in both bathrooms, 2 dishwasher tablets, 1/2 roll paper towels) this was not a problem I brought my own and luckily I brought a cleaning spray for a wick wipe down. I would encourage the owner to provide a cheap clear so that guests can keep the unit surface clean at least.

Spacious, bright and mostly clean... main bath toilet and shower lots of visible missed cleaning. The worse part of the vacation was the lock to enter. The owners were aware the handle was difficult to gain access into the space and chose not to repair it, whick kept us outside trying to get in from the rain and cold several times throughout our stay.

Nice Place, Management Company Very Attentive
One of the nicer places we've stayed in Ocean City. Everything was clean, and the kitchen and master bathrooms were updated. I will say that the shower curtain in the other bathroom needs to be replaced - it was very pink around the bottom. Besides that, we were very pleased. Sheets and towels were provided, as well as soaps, shampoos, and conditioners. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. The multiple fees over and above the nightly rate were more pricey than most other places we looked at, which was frustrating especially since we were only staying 4 nights - it jacked up the final price way more than I would've liked.

The place was really spacious and plenty of room to sit. It was a little noisy facing Ciastal highway, but you got used to it. Short walking distance to beach, restaurants, and mini golf/arcade.

Beautiful stay, great location
This condo was a clean, accurate to the listing, and overall a great location. Not even a two minute walk from the beach, made this place the perfect stay for Ocean City, MD. Located in the northern part of OCMD, the condo was away from the boardwalk and the popular nightlife, but also only a short drive away from it all! Super spacious too, with enough places for our entire group to sleep.
