Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Nice condo, great location
Rented to visit family over Thanksgiving. Nice clean unit with spectacular views. The beds are surprisingly high, which would’ve been an issue for grandma but she didn’t come.

Don't book with Vacasa
Booked an oceanfront unit, got an oceanview. Had to go to a second location to get the keys that lets you in the building and use the pool. Why a second location? Who wants to go get the keys after driving countless hours to get to your destination? The Vacasa people at the 64th street location were beyond rude, especially a girl named Susan or Sue, if that was really here name. If she worked for me and spoke to a customer the way she spoke to me, she would have been fired, on the spot. Disgusting. NEVER AGAIN with Vacasa.

The unit was nice and updated. The building is old and not cleaned well. The same balloons were busted on our hallway floor for 4 days which told me that it was not swept. The unit itself had several dead bugs in kitchen ceiling light, old used shower curtain, mold around shower, spilled drink on master bedroom night stand dresser. Staff was very friendly.

We were disappointed that we could not use the gym as advertised. We had to pay $50 for parking when we were there 4 nights and then told payment for parking ended Friday. Why did we pay for 2 extra nights. The bathrooms had some mold where the grout is missing.

Great little get away
Beautiful side view to beach from balcony. Enough kitchen supplies for cooking meals. Spacious fridge and freezer. Washer and dryer is small but wonderful to have. Enough room for a suburban to park in parking spots- no assigned parking. There was sand on the floors when we arrived and it didn’t seem mopped, but overall, we felt comfortable with the cleanliness including couches and bed. Elevators take quite long at times especially on the weekends. Wish there had been a few more games - we found a puzzle which was great for our 4 year old. We made sure to recycle and collected all bottles separately but in the end, there was only one trash chute. The mattress in one room was a little uncomfortable for two people to sleep on, the master bed mattress was comfy. Plenty of TVs with easy access to all apps. Fantastic location for beach access.

Nice place, great location. The place was clean, but not super clean when we arrived. For example the bathrooms and beds were prepared but the main living area need a little more cleaning. Sweeping, and wiping the tables down was necessary. The property is pretty with an amazing view.

The trip started with a hiccup (water in the unit was not turned on), but the problem was rectified and the condo and property were great. I would definitely stay here again.

Condo near beach
The directions for locking the condo door when going out were not accurate. I called Vacasa and the agent sent someone over who was able to give me correct instructions. The condo description was accurate and appeared clean, however, we found sand on the bedroom floors under the windows. The electric fireplace was a nice feature but the handheld controller didn't work - we even changed the batteries. I found the console after searching around the screen of the fireplace - it was invisible but worked. Also, WiFi wasn't working. The coffee maker was broken and I reported this to Vacasa. An agent brought a coffee maker the same day. Vacasa was very quick in responding to requests and their staff were polite and efficient. The instructions I received prior to our trip suggested we bring extra blankets. I'm glad I did as the two bedrooms were extremely cold. The heat was on and the living room and kitchen were comfortable. I checked the vents in the bedrooms and I could feel warm air but the bedrooms were icy. My friend and I are nurses and we really needed a challenge free week off. We haven't had a break in over 2 years. We did have a good time but I won't rent this condo again.

The place was very pretty inside and the view was gorgeous but the check in process was horrible. The staff acted like we should know exactly what to do and where to go. We asked questions and they gave us attitude. They didn't explain what we were supposed to do clearly at all.
