Private balcony with unobstructed ocean view to enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktail. Public beach access is at the end of the condo complex, which also has an oceanfront pool for you to enjoy. Newly remodeled kitchen and updated bathrooms. The building has 4 units per building. This unit is on the second floor to give you the best view of the ocean. We provide bed linens and towels!!! Condo is well-kept and very clean! Master suite is equipped with a king bed, en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has two double beds, flat screen TV and a full bathroom in the hallway. An additional flat screen TV is located in the living room. There is seating for 6 in the dining area and 4 stools for dining at the kitchen counter. The newly remodeled kitchen is generously stocked with all the high quality necessities to create your meals at the beach. There is also a washer & dryer in the condo. The condo complex also has an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand from your time at the beach. To be able to stay connected to everyday life, wireless internet is available, as well as TV and other media streaming. As for the property too many pets allowed there. The pool was dirty and dog hair everywhere on property. Condo & accommodations were great. The real issue is the parking. The condo allows for one vehicle only. While there are several parking passes available in the condo, only one spot can be used and if you park on the street the police will ticket you. This was a short trip but very comfortable and pleasant one. The condo was exceptionally well kept and everything is well organized with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals. It is a wonderful location, quiet and peaceful! We have been visiting OIB for close to 40 years and I would say this condo is the best place we have stayed. The only issue we have is that there are not enough table lamps to read by - living room and bedrooms. Our family of 4 had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The condo was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The host, Jeff, was very responsive and pleasant in our interactions. The condo had easy access to the pool and beach, which were both clean and not overly crowded. We had a wonderful week vacation. The condo was so beautiful. Updated and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. Loved having linens and towels provided. Made packing so much easier.So many great places close by as well. Can’t recommend enough.
