It features two bedrooms and one and a half baths on one level. One bedroom has a queen bed, and 1/2 bath, and the other bedroom has one queen and one set of bunk beds (2 twins). There's a queen sleeper sofa for one in the living room for your "drop-by" company. The dining table seats four. Amenities include seasonal community pool, outside shower, central heat and air, dishwasher, microwave oven, high efficiency washer and dryer in the unit, cable TV, DVD player and Wireless Internet. There are hibachi grills in the common area near the pool. This unit has a private balcony which faces off to the side of the building, but there's some ocean view from the side. (Please see photo labeled "View from deck") This condo rents for partial weeks in the off-season, before June 2, and after August 12, and there's a two-night minimum stay required. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. NO GOLF CARTS ARE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY, PER CONDO ASSOCIATION. PLEASE NOTE: THIS CONDO DOES NOT FACE THE OCEAN DIRECTLY - IT IS A SIDE UNIT. Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee. If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
