Beach access is conveniently located at Shallotte Blvd. right next to the complex.

Unobstructed ocean views from this 2 Bed 2 Bath first floor condo at Sand Dwellers. Pool is just steps away. Beautifully renovated, with today’s beach guest in mind. Unit refreshed with new living room furniture, art work, bed spreads, porch chairs and kitchen supplies this season. The unit has luxury vinyl flooring, a spacious kitchen that includes a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and well stocked cabinets to meet all your cooking and dining needs. The bathrooms are beautifully tiled with marble vanities and medicine cabinets to provide ample storage for all guests. Central heating and air conditioning paired with ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms help you refresh after a day at the beach or enjoying one of the local or nearby attractions.

There are two bedrooms one with a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress, 32 inch flat screen TV and full size dresser and night stand set so you can comfortably unpack in addition to an ample size closet. The second bedroom has two full size beds with memory foam mattresses, a 32 inch flat screen TV, tall chest of drawers paired with a medium chest of drawers and a large closet.

The main living area has a 55 inch TV and a dining table that can expand to seat 10. The unit has high speed Internet access throughout. There is a full size washer and dryer and a 50 gallon water tank to ensure everyone gets a hot shower! It is decorated with the right balance of modern day living with accents of the beach to sweep you away from everyday life. No smoking. First floor unit, however, it is a raised building and there are stairs to get to the first floor. Pillows and bed coverings are provided.

All TVs have HDMI connections for your Firestick.

Awesome home away from home
This place was great. Fantastic location. You can see the ocean from the front deck and it’s a very short walk to the beach. The place is nicely decorated and is very well stocked. The beds are comfy too. We hope to return next year.

Condo was very clean & very comfortable! Although I didn't need it for this trip, the kitchen was very well stocked & sizeable for prepping & cooking! The master bed was very comfortable. Very nice walk-in shower. There were beach chairs downstairs with other beach necessities, especially for kids. My only suggestion would be to hang some black out curtains in the bedroom. Some people prefer not to be awakened at sunrise (although the sunrises were gorgeous). Overall, had a great stay & highly recommend it! Time just went by too quickly!

Best of OIB
This is our third time staying at this property and it definitely won’t be our last! Perfect for a couple. The condo has everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen, nice furniture, etc. Literally a two minute walk to the beach. Well-kept pool area. On the quiet end of the island (East End). Can’t say anything negative. The property owner is super responsive. This is our go to place when we travel to NC.
