Offered by Delaware Vacation Property Management, LLC Accommodation Intermediary License #202474133 C 443-386-1351 O 410-653-5900 Three pools, a free beach shuttle to Bethany Beach, and plenty of free local activities are just some of the reasons to book this spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with 2 car garage in the Bay Forest Community near Bethany Beach. Just 10-15 minutes from downtown Bethany Beach, this spacious home has everything you could want for a relaxing vacation including a rear outdoor sitting area, barbecue, and some bikes! Spacious bedrooms, living spaces, and a gorgeous up-to-date kitchen are the highlights of this well cared for home. The beds are three kings and two single-sized bunk beds. Please bring your own linens and towels. If you prefer to rent, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up. The Bay Forest Clubhouse offers residents a range of activities including a recreational pool designed with interactive features such as slides, a water volleyball court, and a lazy river. A second pool, designed primarily for adults, is heated and features a shallow depth sunning ledge as well as a lap pool for exercise. A third pool for tots provides a full complement of swimming options for Bay Forest residents and their guests. The facility includes an expansive fitness center, and bar/restaurant. Amenity fees of 50.00 per pass/person over the age of 5, maximum of eight passes are payable by guest to the property manager at least 30 days prior to the start of the stay. This is a non-smoking home. Guests pay a $200 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available to rent from Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. Amenities Include: Shuttle to the Beach Clubhouse and Fitness Center Three pools Walking and biking trails Kayak or boat launch Tennis Courts Putting Green Basketball Courts Bocce Ball Canoeing and Kayaking Community Herb Garden In addition to the above amenities at Bay Forest, included with your booking are 8 different daily activities within 45 minutes of the home. Each day, you'll receive one pass per activity. Passes do not accumulate. Wound up spending valuable vacation time to assist repairman twice. Carpet stained and furniture was definitely “lived in.” We’ve stayed at other Bay Forest properties and this unit was by far the least updated. Very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the walking trails, pools and the access to the bay. The shuttle to the beach was convenient but also just a short drive to the Bethany boardwalk. Very well stocked house, very clean and we loved the Bay Forest development. It’s off season but we were able to park at Bethany Beach with no problem and enjoy the ocean! The owner and property manager were easy to communicate with and we had no complaints with the house. Do yourself a favor and seriously consider renting this rental property. It was a very spacious 4 bedroom house with great kitchen and 3 different living/family room locations to give you plenty of room to spread out if you are a larger group staying there. The house is well stocked with beach and recreational gear (ex bikes, beach chairs, fishing rods, boogie board, etc) .
