Summary:
Steps to the beach, this remodeled condo has whitewater ocean views and fantastic amenities you'll enjoy during your stay. From the multiple pools on-site, including the smaller pool just outside the unit, our guests can enjoy the hot tubs, saunas, and workout facilities on-site. This lush resort-like complex has something for everyone. Best of all, it's just a few steps from the sand and also near to Oceanside harbor and other fantastic restaurants and breweries.

The Space:
Experience all NCV has to offer: 2 year-round heated pools and jacuzzi's, BBQ's, lushly landscaped gardens with waterfalls and streams, newly remodeled exercise rooms, brand new saunas (co-ed and private ones in locker rooms), putting green, and 24-hr guarded gated security. Fully equipped kitchen, free wireless internet, and cable television.

North Coast Village is located between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for both people from around the world. The complex consists of nine 4-story buildings surrounded by 2-story cottages, on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. You are just steps from the sand; there are no roads to cross-this is an oceanfront complex! Swim in the Olympic sized heated pool (one of two pools and spas), or enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddleboat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. At the end of the Oceanside Pier you'll find Ruby's, a fun family restaurant.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

North Coast Village offers a fitness center with saunas, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool for parties. You will also find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities.

Very comfortable stay in a large complex. Beautiful view of beach, waves, and pier one block off tower 8. Unit was clean and updated. Fold out couch helped with the third adult. Private parking in garage below. Hard to find check in/security and hoa office to get keys. But once that was taken care of, well worth it.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. They had beach towels, chairs, & boogie boards to use as well as some toiletries if needed. Having a king bed and being able to listen to the ocean at night was really nice. Great view from the balcony too. The overall grounds were beautiful and we felt very safe the entire time. I thought having no a/c was going to be an issue but it was completely comfortable. We would stay here again!

This nicely updated condo has a great ocean view. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we cooked most of our meals during our stay. The location was perfect - we walked along the beach, to the harbor and the pier, and into town. Nick was quick to respond with a question we had.

This condo had some issues when I first arrived, but the owner eventually fixed them. It is located in a lovely area within walkable distance to the beach, pier, downtown and harbor. I would return again but would certainly appreciate if the condo was better maintained before my arrival.

Perfect beach getaway
This was our first stay at North Coast Village, and we will definitely be back. The main village is across the street, so we had access to the rec and fitness center, but with more privacy and our own ocean access. This condo has a beautiful, airy feel and is perfectly situated by the small pool and hot tub and BBQ. We enjoyed the fresh ocean breeze and view of the ocean while we worked. It was only a few steps to the fabulous beach, or a short walk to the harbor for a meal. The bed is lovely and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed cooking most of our meals, eating on the balcony, and walking to the pier at sunset. Oh, and the ping pong table was an added benefit for the whole family!

This property is steps from the beach, yet the balcony is off the strand and away from the associated traffic, enough so to feel more private and contactless.
