Love the landscaping, location and the pool. The staff is always awesome! This is the second time we have stayed at Disney Hotel and my only complaint are the showers. Very little water pressure, difficult knobs and random extreme temperature changes.

Everything was great except there is no food just available. You either mobile order to dinner around 2-3pm and it’s 7-10pm pick. Not much food selection at hotel. Downtown Disney is under construction so long wait for food anytime and same issue with mobile order and reservations. Unless you book a weeks in advanced

Stay was good besides late check in. Check in was 4:00, we got there at 3:30 and didn’t get one of our rooms until almost 5:30.

For a one night stay, I would recommend an off-site property. The Disneyland Hotel is worth the extra $ if you can take advantage of the amenities and proximity to the park over a few days.

The hotel & room was nicely decorated. However, the bed was too firm for me. House keeping forgot to leave soap in the bathroom, but other than that it was good.
