The City of Oceanside REQUIRES all guests to agree to follow these rules.

1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. No vehicles over 7 feet high are allowed.
2. Occupancy.
The maximum number of occupants shall be two humans per bedroom plus two additional humans per unit (including children).
A two bedroom home is allowed 6 humans
A three bedroom home is allowed 8 humans
A four bedroom home is allowed 10 humans
A five bedroom home is allowed 12 humans
A six bedroom home is allowed 14 humans
3. Noise.
Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises shall be prohibited between the hours of 9 pm and 10am. No music or voices should be heard by neighbors off property at any time. No parties or events are allowed. This is for vacations only.

Family in town for a wedding
The property is very nice, with a garage that easily fits 2 large cars. 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom on the first level, up some stairs from the garage and front door. The second level has 3 bedrooms, one with an awesome 5 piece master bath. Each of those bedrooms has a bathroom. Up on the roof is a spacious rooftop patio space with nice views. It was a short walk to the beach access, and a nice little coffee shop that serves good food as well as coffee. Theres a keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker that takes small round filters, if you want to stop at the grocery store before checking in. There were 10 of us that stayed 2 nights for a wedding, and we were very happy with the property and it's amenities

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. We love the location! The great room is perfect for hanging out with a large group while cooking and chatting. We also loved sitting in the afternoon on the top deck enjoying food and beverage. This is a wonderful proprty!

This property is spacious and located across the street from Bucanneer park (the kids loved the childrens playground) and access to the beach. This makes it very convenient for all ages. Eating places within walking distance. The only thing i found unusual is that the tvs do not have cable. Make sure you have your streaming account logins and passwords. The kitchen had no cutting boards, but otherwise everything you need to cook is there. They delivered cutting boards the day after our request.

I had my sons and their family and siblings join me to celebrate my BIG birthday. Our days were filled with fun activities such as the Girls Surfing competition at the Oceanside pier. Spent time in Carlsbad strolling through the shops, had excellent food and listened to great music. Definitely will do it again.

We were a family of 12 and had plenty of room for all. The views are breathtaking especially from the master bedroom facing the ocean. The balcony overlooks the beautiful scenery its sooo relaxing! Our family of 7 had a wonderful experience at this home. The layout of the house is amazing, with an up-to-date and roomy kitchen, a wonderful gathering place with ocean views in the living room with a giant and comfortable couch (and room for a toddler playpen with room to spare!), 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (just perfect for our large family), a nice outdoor courtyard with a covered swing and room for a kiddy swimming pool, and the amazing upper deck with views of the ocean for miles. It was clean and comfortable, and the property managers were very responsive to our needs. We would absolutely give it 5 stars, except it was a bit noisy--located on the corner of a busy street and a park. Despite the noise, the proximity of this house to the beach (less than a block away) and a great little park with a children's playground was wonderful for our family!
