“We stayed for 8 nights July 2026! It’s a beautiful resort!! However if anyone has ever seen the movie Get Out that’s how my husband and I felt about most of the staff. It was a weird vibe that I can’t explain. The amenities and inclusive excursions were great! Unfortunately for us, the food taste was disappointing. Our 25 yrs old daughter lost a personal belonging item via housekeeping that was never found. However, I would recommend the resort! My husband and I travel to JA annually and we will……

“The staff was very friendly for the most part however, the breakfast restaurant and bar frequently opened later than the time posted. Additionally, we had requested red stripe, and Diet Coke be brought to our room four times and we never received it. Jacqueline from housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room clean.”

“My stay at Sand and Tan was okay overall. I would like to commend the young bartender (whose name I unfortunately did not get) and the two ladies who worked in the evenings. They were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. However, I was disappointed that a young man who appeared to be part of the maintenance team repeatedly approached me asking for tips, which made me uncomfortable. “The property was beautiful 2 bedroom with spiral stair case. The view is so mesmerizing you are looking over the city. Perfect place to stay right in the center of everything, you can actually walk. The host is very informative about the activities around town. Miss Luna the house keeper was also fabulous such a sweet lady.”
