Menu has not changed at the restaurants since 2018. We did bring this up with Restaurant Manager but seems they have little power over this. Service at most restaurants incredibly slow. We had in excess of 45 mins between courses on more than one occasion, guest services were meant to get back to us, but never did. Instead they sent the butler representative to see us, but there was no action taken, other than having our next dinner served in record breaking time, but a day later it was back to slow. Soy is still the best performing restaurant. I marked amenities as low, as this is our 3 rd visit and I have informed each time that I am allergic to coconut,and can the room amenities be supplemented with an alternative, each time the room is full of coconut scented soaps etc, and I have had to bring my own and remove the Red Spa ones. Property is getting old, only one whirlpool which was not working , and another still under construction. Main pool was closed for cleaning for 2 consecutive days, luckily we had a villa pool. Maid and Butlers were all amazing.
