"Goodland is awesome for: -guiet peaceful neighborhood by day - evenings full of music( in season) -fresh fish from Kirk's -access to shelling and fishing trips right down the road at the boat park. -Marco Island 15 minute drive away. The house was well equipped, very clean and the golf cart was great for going to the boat park and restaurants . Hosts were quick to help with questions and a cooler. Great stay! -taking the Hemingway ferry to Keewaydin Island."

"My husband and I had a wonderful time at this location. It is excluded from the hussle of city but close enough to get supplies. Working with the owner was so easy as he responded very promptly. The house and outdoor space were exactly as the pictures. The pool was wonderful as well as being able to grill. I highly recommend this location for anyone who enjoys the Florida sunshine and wants to relax in the backyard."

The check-in and instructions were simple and easy to follow. The house was spotless, the kitchen came complete with all appliances, accessories, and no clutter. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The private backyard was a mini paradise with ample comfortable seating, pool, barbeque and a protected area to still be able to sit out...

"Beds comfortable, nice hot tub, air hockey nice touch. Two kitchens and 5 bedrooms made it very comfortable for our group of 5. The refrigerators didn’t make ice and the filtered water system on the refrigerator didn’t work so I would inquire ahead of time as the property manager indicated with the osmosis water system many people bring their own water. It’s also rural so don’t be surprised when the rooster crows to wake you up in the morning. A small grocery store, Walgreens and pizza less than...

"If you like quiet and secluded this is the perfect place for you! Since there wasn’t a welcome book- Deb answered all my questions in timely manner. The restaurant was closed and the washer and dryers were broken - all of which was not Deb’s fault. The listing also had a hot tub and hairdryer which we weren’t present. However the pool and shower were wonderful!"
