The shared facilities have a good pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and its own path to the beach, which is nice since you aren't bunched up at the beach after taking the public path with everyone else. The unit itself had potential but was dingy. Desperately needed paint. Cords to the ceiling fans hung. Shower head was really moldy (like, chunks of mold - had to spray bleach it). Furniture was tired but serviceable. Fridge had rust on the outside but worked fine. Nothing that couldn't be fixed with some inexpensive TLC - not sure why the owner didn't do so between Christmas and Spring Break. The price was really good for that time slot. Could see staying at the facility again. Hope this unit owner makes some basic improvements."
