“Many thanks to Manager Karolina for her excellent customer service. I accidentally made a double booking that was too late to cancel when I found out. The booking platform advised me to talk to the hotel to see if hotel is willing to allow cancel. Very fortunate for me, Karolina was very understanding and promptedly worked with the booking platform to get me the full refund.”

“客房乾淨，員工非常友好，停車場很大，但早餐選擇有點少”

“I was only here for less than 24 hours, and for a quick stop before a flight it wasn’t bad. My main complaint is that the bathroom smelled really bad, like bad water, so I had to keep the door closed. The bed was comfortable and the place was quiet enough for sleep. I did find it a bit hard to find at night in the rain, but that probably had more to do with Google Maps terrible walking directions from the train station. The host did a good job of sharing info on how to enter once I arrived.”

“房间灯老是突然断电，向酒店说明，表示换一个房间也会是同样断电。并没有解决实际问题”

“I liked everything, nice balcony, quiet evenings, clean, close to transport and good food options close by”

“Majoitus oli miellyttävä, kohde oli hieman vaikea löytää ja kommunikointi onnistui lopulta whatsapp viestein. Loppu hyvin kaikki hyvin.”

“The location is good and apartment is neat. Good for a short stay near the city. ”

“Excellent service and very clean hotel .”

“Nice new-ish hotel located very close to WAW Airport. A couple of minor complaints about the room - no facial tissues and no baggage rack. Breakfast was good, though maybe not as elaborate as other hotels we stayed at in Poland. Not much nearby other than a restaurant in an office retreat, There is also a Vietnamese restaurant, pharmacy, convenience store and Biedronka Grocery store all located close to one another within a 6-7 minute walk from the hotel.”

“價格合理的地點極佳飯店”

“位置好，早饭可以，环境也不错，酒吧没试过，出差旅游比较方便吧”

“Good breakfast”

“客房寬敞、舒適。”

“Very good service， clean tidy”
