The space Whether you're heading out to a nice restaurant or craving a pastry, wanting to take a walk at a local park or nature trail, needing to do some grocery shopping or shopping for a new pair of shoes. Everything is conveniently located within a short drive. Orlando International Airport is about 30 minutes drive. Disney Parks, Universal parks and Seaworld about 20 minutes drive. Downtown Orlando is about 15 minutes drive. Guest access The garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note: You must account for all guests during booking IMPORTANT: Please read through our House Rules to make sure you are okay with them. This is a conservation area. You may see hawks, cranes, other wildlife.
