“Cute, clean, and quiet. The only problem is how to locate the place. I called 20x and sent 5x WhatsApp messages but I didn't get a single answer or reply to any of the calls or messages days in advance and on the day of arrival. Even while at the hotel, still my calls would not be answered. The reception confirmed I had the right number but their boss or the owner had that phone/line and he barely answers the phone. No sign posts or proper directions to the place and no one to call for……

“Great value”

“Good”

“Very improved and professional reception. I was very pleased with the service and interaction with clients.”

“Excellent staff”

“Great staff! Daniel front desk agent was great! He made me feel at home. He took time to explain everything about the hotel and walked the room and explained how everything works. From my hospitality background this hotel blew my mind. Food was also great! Staff very nice.”

“Was a nice place to stay”

“A truly special place that feels like home. From the moment I arrived, I felt much more like a guest in a beautiful home than in a traditional hotel. The exquisite art throughout the property adds so much character and makes every space feel unique and inspiring. Everything feels thoughtfully designed and cared for. I would also like to mention the airport……

“I was not happy with the services”

“Staff at Serenity Terraces Beach Hotel-Kokrobite were responsive and accommodating during my 2-day stay. They promptly addressed overnight power issues, and management comped a room upgrade as a goodwill gesture. The team's helpfulness stood out, consistent with the property's strong staff ratings.”
